    		An Insider's Perspective
    As we approach the festive season we look back on the last three sessions of LIFEdance!'s third cycle in London.

    This began with a session in September at the Jerwood Space. Sara introduced the theme of New Beginnings and reminded us that many years ago the tranistion from summer to autumm marked the beginning of a new year. Once again Sara created a safe and supportive atmosphere in which particpants could connect deeply with themselves in the moment. In the second part of the session there was the opportunity to work in partners. We shared our insights from the movement experience and related these to our lives and the theme of new beginnings. The LIFEdance! circle provided an opportunity to integrate our insights more fully and be witnessed in the process.

    In October Sara invited us to focus on the theme of 'heart to heart'. This led to tender and heartfelt connections between LIFEdance! partners and to a vibrant sharing in the LIFEdance! circle.
    In November we stepped into the theme of 'space'. This allowed us to take the space we needed for ourselves, reminded us of our human right to nurture our own inner space in order to be fully present in our relationships with others.

    We were delighted to be invited to facilitate a LIFEdance! workshop at the the international BISA Spa conference in November 2005 at Bad Sulza, Germany We had a wonderful session that brought together a vibrant group of people. This unique Spa created the right environment for working with the elements (earth, fire, air and water) in movement and discovering these qualities within ourselves.
