LIFEdance! group workshops

Whatever your size, shape, age and agility, LIFEdance! invites you to live your dance in the safe, fun environment of a group workshop. Your LIFEdance! facilitator leads the group, ensuring that each person has a space in which to connect to self, to others and to the wider community of the LIFEdance! circle.

The LIFEdance! facilitator guides each session, taking account of the needs of each individual in the group. At every session, the facilitator introduces a theme to support the LIFEdance! journey.
