Sara Boas Sara Boas is the Founding Director of boas, an international consultancy in leadership and organisational development. She is the creator of the boas tools for transformation – including LIFEdance! This suite of tools draws on the world’s wisdom traditions, integrating body discipline and awareness with the ancient practice of learning through creative dialogue. Her leadership work spans corporate culture change, team learning and
individual development. Among the boas tools for transformation, LIFEdance!
is unique in facilitating personal and professional development through
the healing art of dance. Sara is a Master Certified Coach and a member of the Global Credentialing
and Program Accreditation Committee of the International Coach Federation.
She provides training and supervision to seasoned coaches around the
world. Formerly senior lecturer in anthropology and sociology of dance
at the Laban Centre in London, Sara holds an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy.
She is an accredited mediator and an expert in bodymind integration,
Neuro-Linguistic Programming and movement observation. A regular speaker
and member of the associate faculty at the London Business School, the
Center for Creative Leadership and other centres of excellence, Sara
has coached individuals from over 60 countries. Sara maintains a clear focus on uniting stakeholder value and core human values. At the heart of her work is her trust in co-creative dialogue, encouraging her clients to outgrow their own success and evolve to the next level of achievement and fulfilment. Recognised as a catalyst for individual and collective transformation, she brings decades of study and experience to the creation of tools that encourage creativity and free expression within a supportive structure of discipline and responsibility.
